| ^^^ Yes, he is good for getting rid of puffy eyes! I say a video of him in action and was very cautious to the client that they know everything that is going on in the surgery! |

| Dr. Philip Miller is a good surgeon. I do not know the doctor personally, but from what I have read on the net, the doctor is OK. |

| Just did a google search on the doc, because I do not know him personally! Sounds like a good surgeon for the most part. |
